Crynodeb
Some of your main duties will include: Supporting staff with queries regarding triage, treatment, andaccess to secondary care if required. Triaging referrals entering the service via the Talking Therapies self-referral portal or from otherprofessionals. Supporting the admin team with client/Duty queries. Working as a referral coordinator within Talking Therapies, being the first point of contact for patients presenting with mental health problems. Managing triage referrals and make clinical decisions about appropriate services. Recognising the signs of abuse/safeguarding concerns and taking appropriate action, being aware of statutory and local procedures.
