Key Responsibilities: Support the delivery of digital products by contributing to solution design, configuration, and testing Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to understand problems and propose improvements Contribute to user-centred design sessions, helping shape ideas into practical outputs Configure elements within our digital systems (including but not limited to EHRs) to meet agreed specifications Help document and refine requirements, using a mix of verbal, written, and visual communication techniques Work across multiple projects, managing your workload to meet competing priorities Maintain a strong understanding of how digital tools affect clinical and operational workflows Share ideas, learn from others, and actively contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture Keep up to date with developments in health technology and bring fresh thinking into the team
