Crynodeb
To support with the co-ordination of care delivery within NUPAS clinical services. The post holder will assist the Regional clinical lead to support and manage clinics to achieve group objectives and comply with corporate strategy, using the corporate framework to support the principle of the right of people to limit the size of their family. Support the Regional Clinical Lead to ensure compliance with statutory and mandatory training requirements and ensure that all clinical staff across the region comply with the requirements, managing concerns at a local level before escalating to the Regional Clinical Lead. Provide induction, training and support to new staff and ensure that their development needs are appropriately met in line with NUPAS competency assessment training frameworks. Undertake appraisals with identified clinical staff to identify development needs. In conjunction with the Regional Clinical Lead, ensure learning needs have been identified through the appraisal process. To manage own workload in line with NUPAS visions and Values. To engage in own supervision and development to ensure clinical knowledge is up to date.
