Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm; every other Saturday, 9am – 5pm (with a day in lieu)

We’re seeking a Sales Consultant or Senior Sales Consultant who is experienced, performance-driven, and focused on delivering exceptional customer service throughout the full estate agency process.

Sales Consultant Role:
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in the property journey – from valuation to completion. You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive and driven team, known for their commitment to going the extra mile for clients.

Sales Consultant Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of the estate agency process with professionalism and energy

  
  

• Conduct accompanied viewings and valuations

  
  

• Maintain strong communication and relationships with clients

  
  

• Work closely with the sales progressor and admin team to ensure a smooth customer journey

  
  

• Deliver a tailored service for each individual client

  
  

  What They Are Looking For:

  Essential:

  • Proven experience in estate agency sales

    
    

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

    
    

  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and performance

    
    

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and professionally

    
    

    Desirable:

    • Knowledge of the Fleet and surrounding areas

      
      

    • Full UK driving licence
