Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Care Manager to lead our care team and ensure the highest standards of service delivery. This role involves overseeing care plans, managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining excellent communication with clients, families, and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of care services
Ensure care plans are person-centred and regularly reviewed
Manage and support care staff, including training and supervision
Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and clients
Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Handle staff rotas and support recruitment as needed
Requirements:

Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the care sector
NVQ Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable)
Excellent understanding of CQC standards
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
Right to work in the UK or eligibility for visa sponsorship
