Our company offers a wide range of services, including Industrial Systems solutions, IOT solutions, Machine Design, Projects, Electronic & Electromechanical Services, Project Management, Factory Maintenance and Site Support.

Description

We provide full life-cycle support for Motion Control, HMI, PLC and SCADA systems for our customers’ plants. We provide project engineering and design solutions. We deliver hardware and software development solutions and provide our customers with project/system support, maintenance and improvements.

Successful candidates should be qualified in an electrical or electronic engineering discipline with at least 3 years experience in a role focused on the test & repair of industrial electronic equipment such as AC/DC Drives, Inverters, CBC Equipment, Servo-drives and PLCs.

Major Tasks:

Testing Functionality of Industrial Equipment and Machinery Repaired
Electrical/Electronic Fault Finding and Repair
Fault Finding down to Component Level on Printed Circuit Boards
Working on AC/DC Drives, Inverters and Soft Starts, Encoders, CNC Control Systems, PLCs & I/O Cards, HMIs & Display Systems, Process Equipment, Control Boards, PCBs
Utilising equipment such as Multi-Meters, Oscilloscopes and Function Generators
Providing Technical Support to customers on occasion
Working within a Team of other skilled Engineers and Technicians
Qualifications and Skills:

Experience working with any of the following: AC/DC Drives, Inverters and Soft Starts, Encoders, CNC Control Systems, PLCs & I/O Cards, HMIs & Display Systems, Process Equipment, Control Boards, PCBs
Fault-finding down to component level.
Working with programmable devices such as PROMs, Microcontrollers, GALs, etc.
Repairs using multi-meters/oscilloscopes/soldering, etc.
Development of test programs for repairs assessment.
Testing to full OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) standards.
Through-hole and SMD soldering.
Excellent command of English.
