re you an experienced Office Accounts & Purchasing Manager with strong customer service skills? Join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing finances, procurement, and customer coordination.
Location: The Technology Business Ltd, Unit 14-15 The Hives, Mosley Road, Trafford Park, Manchester, M17 1HQ
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee daily financial transactions, bookkeeping, and reconciliations
✅ Manage payroll, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable
✅ Prepare financial reports and budgets
✅ Ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations
✅ Handle office administration and support operational efficiency
✅ Manage purchasing for general business needs and project requirements
✅ Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement
✅ Interact with customers, provide updates on work progress, and maintain strong client relationships
✅ Book jobs in, schedule appointments, and coordinate workflow between teams
✅ Coordinate with external auditors, suppliers, and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience in accounts, finance, purchasing, and customer service
✔ Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage)
✔ Experience in procurement, supplier management, and cost control
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Highly organized, able to multitask, and work independently
✔ Relevant qualifications in finance, accounting, business, or customer service (preferred)
