The Service
Phoenix Futures provide the psychosocial substance use service at HMP Norwich. HMP Norwich is a multi site prison housing Category B, C and D prisoners. We work across all three sites, supporting people around their drug and alcohol use. We work closely with the clinical substance use team, and provide the psychosocial support within the Incentivised Substance Free Living landing. It is a busy and challenging service, where you have the opportunity to support people around the start of their recovery journeys, aswell as those who are already further along within their recovery.
As the Family Support Worker, you will be based at HMP Norwich, working across all three sites, with access to team offices. There is free parking available on site. The site is on local bus routes from Norwich station and the city centre.
