• Position: Store Manager
• Employer: Busy Retail Convenience Store
• Location: Edinburgh, Scotland
• Gross OTE Salary package: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum
• Weekly working hours / days: 38 to 48 hours within 5 / 6 days

To qualify for selection, you must have the following minimum requirements: -

• Eligibility to live and work in UK
• Experience in Retail environment
• Strong leadership, excellent multitasking and organisational skills
• Computer literacy
• Sound financial + business acumen
• Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour

You will be responsible for a broad range of management functions essential to the smooth and effective day-to-day running of a busy, multi-product convenience store. This includes overseeing all aspects of store operations—from early morning openings to late-night closures—ensuring high standards in customer service, stock control and team supervision. You will also be responsible for managing deliveries, maintaining merchandising standards, ensuring health and safety protocols are met, and driving store performance through effective planning and execution.
