Significant experience and knowledge of designing and delivering a range of organisational development and cultural improvement approaches and interventions at an organisational and team level to improve culture and staff experience. Significant experience of designing and delivering leadership development interventions and training. Significant experience developing, leading and delivering organisational engagement initiatives to improve culture. Experience of leading and analysing NHS Staff and Pulse Surveys is highly desirable. Experience of designing and leading talent management approaches to develop current talent and succession planning. Experience of designing and delivering facilitation in a variety of settings. Experience of writing and delivering presentations in a variety of settings. Experience of co-ordinating events, workshops or focus groups. Experience of producing communications resources and utilising a range of communication channels including social media. Experience of working within a large, complex organisation or system. Proven experience of working on projects independently using project management approaches. Experience of writing reports and project plans. Contracting and consultancy experience involving scoping out issues, putting together proposals and designing tailored solutions for both internal and external clients Experience of working across team and organisational boundaries to develop and deliver shared objectives. Proven ability to initiate and lead projects, project teams and manage change within a complex organisation. Knowledge of non-traditional development methods e.g. action learning, blended learning (including virtual elements of delivery or facilitation)
