Job Description
To support a 27 year old male with Autism, anxiety, learning difficulties for 13 hours a week helping him to develop and grow in independence, confidence and guide him through everyday life when he goes out into the community and further afield.

Roles and Responsibilities
To support Gareth with regular health appointments and hair appointments. To support him with weekly shopping at different supermarkets, supporting him during difficult decisions, crossing roads (any dangerous situations), going to the cinema. Helping him to understand the world around him. Taking and supporting him with taster days at 2 media establishments which may lead to a regular day at one of the establishments. Walking into the local community to visit a cafe.

DBS or on the online service.
Must have access to a car and able to drive.
