Radis Community Care have an opportunity for a Support worker to join our Friendly , committed and caring team based in Park Gardens in Banbury. As a member of our team you will enjoy the benefits of an in house Bistro and Gym.
shifts are 7am-2pm, 2pm -10pm and alternate weekends
We are unable to offer sponsorships and switches at the moment.
About the role
As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme you will be supporting people we support who are over the age of 55 enabling them to maintain their independence
The role will require you to assist people we support with personal care activities or light domestic tasks. You will have the opportunity to take part in physical and mental stimulation by taking part in recreational and social activities both individually and as a group.
The role is to promote independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the best standard of care.
