Are you a caring individual living in the Reading area looking for a role where you can give back to those living in your community? We are recruiting for a Support Worker to join our the team across our 3 Extra Care Schemes in Reading.
What will I be doing as a Support Worker?
As a Support Worker you will be working with people we support to live independently within the service and local community by
• Supporting with personal care tasks including washing, dressing etc..
• Supporting with medication administration
• Supporting with meal preparation
• Supporting with accessing the local community e.g., Shopping, activities, trips
• Supporting with day-to-day household duties
• Supporting with any other day to day routines
We’re looking for someone who can work across multiple services to help cover a range of different shift patterns, the services are located:
• Huntley Place - 1 Flagstaff Rd, Reading RG2 6AE
• Cedar Court - 30 Whitley Rise, Reading RG2 0NS
• Oak Tree House - 10 Spey Rd, Reading RG30 4DZ

Shifts Available
The successful candidate would be able to work the following shift patterns as well as alternate weekends.
07:00 – 14:30 | 07:00- 13:00 | 14:30 -22:00 | 14:30 – 19:00
