Crynodeb
We are seeking to recruit a part time individual to join our busy and friendly Environmental Health team. Reporting to the Principal Environmental Health Officer, you will be primarily focused on food safety including carrying out inspections, investigating complaints and reports of food poisoning. For this you will need to meet the minimum competency requirements laid down in the Food Law Code of Practice.
In addition, we welcome candidates with experience in the enforcement of health and safety legislation whether that was earlier in your career or more recently.
The Borough covers the suburban towns and villages of Epsom, Ewell, Stoneleigh, Worcester Park and part of Cheam, which are well serviced via direct links to the capital and elsewhere in the region. Epsom is the home of the Derby and together with a busy town centre has many parks and open spaces giving the Borough a balanced feel of urban and more rural areas.
