We are looking for a teacher who:
• Has a strong understanding of early childhood development and SEND
• Brings energy, creativity and care to the classroom and sees the potential in every child
• Leads with high expectations while nurturing a safe, inclusive and respectful learning environment
• Works collaboratively with colleagues, families and external professionals to deliver truly personalised learning
• Is ready to lead and grow a committed team and take ownership of the vision and standards of the unit
