Job Title: Reactive Maintenance Account Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

We are currently seeking an experienced Reactive Maintenance Account Manager on behalf of one of our valued clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing client relationships and overseeing maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts

• Prepare accurate quotations and job costings

• Coordinate materials and ensure timely collection by engineers

• Support the team by working collaboratively, while also managing tasks independently

• Quickly adapt to client systems

• Ensure high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar account management or reactive maintenance role

• Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Proficient in quoting, costing, and client interaction

• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
