Crynodeb
Core Clinical Function Conduct physical health care checks of service users and act on the findings. Suppport the 1st leven nursing staff in running depot clinic Provide timely feedback and documentation in line with Trust policy. Undertake risk assessments of individuals and their environments. As and when required Facilitate low-level group work such as relaxation, health promotion, and sleep hygiene. Support medication regimes in line with Trust policy. Be an Infection Control Link person (to support 1st level nurse). Support service users in daily living activities including shopping and budget management.
