Our client, a respected educational institution in Morpeth, Northumberland, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-time Learning Support Assistant (Sports Coach) to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting students' learning and development while providing expert guidance in sports and physical education.

As a Learning Support Assistant (Sports Coach), you will work closely with teachers and other staff members to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to students' individual learning needs
- Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance in various subjects
- Encouraging students to participate in sports and physical activities, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle
- Organising and leading sports sessions, both during and after school hours
- Monitoring students' progress and providing regular feedback to teachers and parents
