Your new company
Hays are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a Year 3 class in a central Bath primary school. This full-time role begins in September and runs through the academic year.
Your new role
Assist with classroom activities, provide 1:1 support where needed, and help pupils with literacy and numeracy tasks. You'll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support learning outcomes. Having SEND experience is preferable for the role, though not essential.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working with children (school or childcare setting)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Right to work in the UK
- DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
