The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

- Supporting the allocation and delivery of working spaces in 2 main locations on site. This includes maintaining stakeholder engagement to provide rigour and scrutiny over occupancy or change requests to enable effective planning, allocations of resource and implementation of all approved requirements.

- Working with IT delivery teams to ensure a holistic view is taken across the workspace planning tasks in conjunction with future IT changes to maximise benefits, combining requirements and delivering increased value for money.

- Engaging with the relevant planning teams and wider Wyton Station teams to deliver a cohesive allocation of working space plans across site.

- Assisting and supporting the team lead on short notice or emerging planning requirements for 2 locations on site.

- Provide support projects to improve the buildings and ensure their serviceability.

- Support and develop business continuity planning for the buildings as directed.

- Attend any relevant meetings, workshops or events, relevant to the role, to offer advice and guidance.

- Support the teams online presence ensuring customer focused information remains up to date and the site is maintained in line with relevant information management policies.

- Maintain an awareness of all incoming VIP visits and approve as required. Provide functional support to visit officers in the absence of the Visits Manager.
