Job Title: Support Worker - Learning Disabilities (Young Adults)
Location: Whitchurch
Salary: £12.39 per hour + £189/month for sleep-ins (based on 3 per month)
Contract: Full-time & Part-time available (FT = 37.5 hrs/week)

Join a dedicated team supporting two young adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. This is a hands-on role where you'll help individuals live independently, build life skills, and engage in their local community.

What You'll Need
- Great communication and empathy
- Ability to promote independence and daily living skills
- Basic IT and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Driving licence (desirable)
- Experience with Positive Behaviour Support (desirable, not essential)
