Summary
Personal Assistant-Chorley
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team of PA’s. The role involves supporting an elderly gentleman in his own home to remain as independent as possible.
As a Personal Assistant, your duties will include light domestic support including cleaning and general tidying. You will support to enable the person’s independence with minimal personal care requirements including showering / toileting needs. You will assist with meal preparation as necessary and possible social support when required.
We are looking for a caring, outgoing, proactive and motivated individual with a passion for supporting others. An interest in the game of football would be a plus.
Previous experience is desirable but not essential, but a positive attitude and good work ethic is. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A driver with a full clean license is preferred.
Must like animals as a dog and a cat at the property.
This is a part time position for 10-15 hours per week with a potential to increase by mutual agreement.
Hourly rate of £12.21 plus 5.6 weeks paid annual leave and workplace pension scheme.
