Summary
The role is responsible for managing all aspects of the services day to day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations set out by The Care Quality Commission, and will be responsible for driving a positive and person-centered environment that respects the dignity and choices of the people we support.
About you…
Significant experience in a management position or have previously been a Registered Manager, ideally with experience in supporting adults with a learning disability and/or autism.
Have a thorough understanding of regulations set out by The Care Quality Commission and proven experience of ensuring regulations are applied, understood by the team and embodied within the service.
You need to have an understanding and be passionate about The Transforming Care Agenda (Homes not hospitals) and be able to think outside of the box in order to ensure service are accessible to everyone we support.
About the role
This role manages the in house supported living service for adults with a learning disability an/or Autism some with complex care needs. Duties include:
• Ensure the quality assurance framework is embedded into practise, reviewed and monitored as required
• Line management and supervision of a Team of Coordinators
• Ensuring service users plans, goals and aspirations are personalised recorded, monitored, reviewed and updated.
