About You:
âœ”ï¸ Level 5 in Leadership & Management
âœ”ï¸ Proven track record managing a 40+ bed care home (Dementia & General Nursing)
âœ”ï¸ Strong clinical operational background
âœ”ï¸ Experience in commissioning new services – a major plus!
âœ”ï¸ Deep knowledge of CQC regulations
âœ”ï¸ Natural leader, team motivator, and culture builder
âœ”ï¸ Passionate about delivering exceptional elderly care
