Hays are seeking a dedicated and experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative for an opportunity starting from August 2025 as an ongoing temporary placement. You will need to have experience and be able to pass an enhanced DBS check due to some of the projects you will be working on.

Pay: Up to £15.98 p/hr
Company Van: Provided during work hours
Responsibilities:
-Grass cutting
- Hedge trimming
- Weeding
- Cleaning outdoor areas & general labouring
- Arboretum work
- Horticulture
- Spraying
- Ride-on mower operation
- Waste removal
What you'll need to succeed
- Full UK driving licence
- Able to pass an enhanced DBS check- Previous experience in ground maintenance and a willingness to work hard.
- Experience with ride-on mowers and spraying licences
