Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship
The NHC family expanded in 2022 with the addition of Sak, Sara's husband, who brought 25 years of educational experience and expertise in Positive Psychology. As the Strategic and Mental Fitness Lead, Sak plays a pivotal role in the leadership team. While Yasmin took a step back from daily involvement, she continues as a director, ensuring the highest standards of childcare are maintained. The trio, Yasmin, Sara, and Sak, remain actively engaged in the nursery's daily operations, embodying a hands-on approach to uphold the commitment to exceptional childcare standards.

Your Role:
• Support children’s daily routines and development

What You’ll Need:
• GCSE Maths & English (Grade C/4 or equivalent)
• A genuine passion for working with children
• Good communication & time management skills
• Childcare experience is a bonus
