Do you want to join a supportive, friendly, dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional care as a Band 5 in one of our varied and well-established OT rotations.
These posts are open to new graduates, those due to qualify soon, Occupational Therapists returning to practice and more experienced Occupational Therapists who want to broaden their clinical skills in a variety of specialties.
You'll gain a balance of mental health and physical health, community and hospital-based work in settings and specialisms, gain experience, receive full support and enjoy in-depth learning experiences. We encourage development of core OT skills within a supportive MDT environment and are committed to your growth with strong focus on teaching and development including our 6-month Preceptorship scheme, in-service training, and regular band 5 peer support group.
We understand transitioning from student to practitioner is challenging and we're dedicated to developing your full potential in well-established therapy teams. We believe in a healthy work-life balance and offer flexibility to accommodate your personal and professional needs. We work collaboratively to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where both patients and staff thrive, and recognise the innovation and dynamism band 5's bring.
