What you'll be doing:
Making outbound calls to existing customers
Conducting surveys to understand customer needs and satisfaction levels.
Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records in the CRM system.
Working towards individual and team targets to ensure excellent customer engagement.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or call centre environment (outbound experience is a bonus)
Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, confident, and engaging phone manner.
A genuine passion for helping people and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathise with customers.
Resilience and a positive attitude, even when faced with challenges.
Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Hours are 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday
