Crynodeb
You will need at least 6 months of recruitment experience. You should also have:
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent telephone/F2F skills
- A proactive learning attitude
- Commission-driven & hungry to earn more than just your base salary
- Desire to progress through the ranks
Regardless of the market you join, you will have the following available to you:
- Earn commission on top of your basic pay with every placement you make! Uncapped and no limitations
- Support & advice from the director along with experienced team members to bounce ideas off
- Various marketing and engagement tools to attract clients and candidates
- Internal and External Training sessions based on your needs and the team
- A CRM that is constantly being updated and filled with new clients/candidates

What will you be doing?
- You will start by sourcing candidates and building a network of talent using the latest headhunting techniques (full training is provided)
- Manage the candidate process from initial contact through to placement
- Cold calling candidates through our large database of collected candidates
- Various admin tasks such as updating the CRM, formatting CV’s, Posting job adverts
