We are looking for Children’s Residential Support Workers to join us on this new journey supporting young people aged between 9-18yrs old who may be on the autistic spectrum, or have emotional behaviour difficulties, challenging behaviour or learning difficulties.
If you are caring, fun and open minded with the ability to see the best in people then we want you to join our team! You must be willing to go above and beyond to help make a difference to the young people’s lives.
About us
At Cherry Trees Care we aim to provide specialised quality care for children and young people, aged 9 – 18yrs, with the following needs: Learning Disabilities, Autistic Spectrum Disorders, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties, Aspergers Syndrome, and or Complex Specialist Needs.
We are also focused on planning for the future and much of the work we do is ensuring young people are ready for adulthood and are given the skills and ability to self-manage their future.
You will be an integral part of the team who put the children and young people at the heart of everything we do. You will provide a stimulating environment, conducive to the educational, personal and social development of the children. You will become a key worker for a young person offering appropriate levels of support, guidance and care.

Requirements -
• Be 21 years old or above. this is following Ofsted regulations.
• Must hold a valid driving licence.
Experience is not essential if you have the ability to relate to young people and have a good sense of humour, with the ability to take on a rewarding challenge.
We are committed to the safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All successful applicants will be subject to fully Enhanced DBS.
