Independence Support Ltd (ISL) operate a supported living service in Macclesfield.
The service supports individuals with a range of needs including learning disabilities, physical disabilities and other complex needs. The role includes manual handling and the delivery of personal care for some individuals.
The facility offers bespoke accommodation in the form of self contained units with communal areas.
We are looking for flexible, reliable and committed full time and part time contracted staff to join our team in providing outcome focused support, enabling people to live as independently as possible in their own home.
We are looking for staff to cover a variety of hours and shift patterns including days and nights.
All staff will be requited to work flexibly across a 7 day rota in order to meet the needs of the people we support.
Full induction training will be provided however some experience of working in a similar setting is desirable as the circumstances of the people being supported will be complex.
All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
