We are offering the opportunity for a motivated individual to undertake a Business Administration apprenticeship (Level 3) within the Estates Stores Team at Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust. This position is based in Wareham, Dorset.
The Estates Stores Team provide a full materials supply service to the trust. Ensuring that the engineering team are fully equipped with all the various parts for the safe maintenance of equipment, and they are properly prepared to complete first time fixes at any of the 60 sites. We are also responsible for the management of all staff uniforms, ensuring it meets the NHS standards.

Your role within the team would be to support the CAFM & Stores Manager with the day-to-day smooth running of the stores and administrative support for the team. Gathering and collating information and providing detailed reports within agreed timescales. You will also provide support with the variety of stores-based activities.
The successful candidate will receive training and work towards formal qualifications whilst developing professional skills to provide a support service to the team.
