About the role:
We’re seeking an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support our dynamic inside sales team. You’ll manage the end-to-end order process, ensure data accuracy, and keep our European customers informed with timely updates.
This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting and Processing of Sales orders within D365
- Efficient, timely and accurate processing of all area orders within the ERP system
- Own the order status process, and promptly inform customers about key order status changes including but not limited to delivery schedule amendments
- Resolving customer issues and enquiries
- Provide administration support to the sales team
- Work collaboratively with team members to support the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with compliance to complete standard contract review.
- Manage the credit, rebills and returns process collaborating with Finance, Quality and Procurement
- Liaise and work collaboratively with departments such as Procurement and Finance
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
What you'll bring:
Experience: Previous experience in a sales administration role preferred
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data handling and order processing
Tech Savvy: Confident using MS Office and familiar with CRM/ERP systems
Initiative: Comfortable working independently and within a team
Drive: Self-motivated and able to meet departmental KPIs under pressure
