Our award-winning client is offering exciting opportunities for Team Leaders/Line Leaders to join their dynamic food production facility in Kingswinford.
Key Responsibilities:
Motivating and leading a team effectively
Ensuring final products meet client specifications (SPI)
Maximizing production efficiency to meet hourly and daily targets
Using the integrated management system efficiently
Upholding health, safety, and quality standards
Completing paperwork accurately and in line with company procedures
Ensuring compliance with internal and external hygienic audits
Strict adherence to GMP and housekeeping standards (clean as you go)
Providing feedback to agency controllers and managing agency workers
Setting a strong example of best practices
Monitoring, controlling, and minimizing waste
Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Pursuing personal development through training and work experience
Performing other duties within the scope and grade of the role as required
Requirements:
Previous supervisory experience in a similar role, ideally within food production
Proven ability to achieve results through effective leadership
Drive and ambition to succeed in a fast-paced environment
