A great opportunity to join our client’s dynamic production team as a Silk Screen Printer—this is your chance to be part of a fast-paced, global company that values quality, precision, and continuous development.

Staffline is recruiting Silk Screen Printers in Loughborough.

The rate of pay is competitive and negotiable, depending on experience.

Overtime may be available, based on production needs, and is paid at enhanced rates.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with the following shift pattern:

· Monday to Thursday: 07:45 AM – 4:30 PM

· Friday: 07:45 AM – 3:15 PM

Your Time At Work:

As a Silk Screen Printer, you’ll be responsible for exposing screens and setting up both manual and semi-automatic screen beds to produce high-quality prints using UV and solvent inks on plastic and metal components. You’ll also be required to colour match and mix inks according to Pantone references.

Key responsibilities include:

· Exposing silk screens based on required artwork for each project

· Selecting and mixing the correct ink to match Pantone specifications

· Interpreting technical drawings and selecting efficient printing methods

· Setting up and jigging multiple parts/components for accurate alignment

· Conducting self-inspections and quality checks to meet CTQ standards

· Performing routine maintenance and operational checks on print beds

· Adhering to all health & safety and shop floor procedure

Our Perfect Worker:

You’ll be reliable, punctual, and eager to learn and grow in your role. A proactive attitude and strong teamwork are essential.

Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required, along with the ability to read technical and artwork drawings and ensure alignment during printing. You’ll also need solid maths and IT skills.

Applicants must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in the silk screen printing industry and a strong understanding of printing techniques and quality standards.
