Dispatch Manager – Haverhill
Full-Time | Permanent | £14.00 per hour (PAYE)
Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:30pm
We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-owned business for a Dispatch Manager based in Haverhill. This is a full-time permanent position, following a successful trial period.
About the Role:
As Dispatch Manager, you'll be based in a brand-new warehouse facility, playing a key role in coordinating the efficient dispatch of goods to customers. This is a hands-on role that involves managing the day-to-day operations of dispatch, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the dispatch of goods to ensure they leave on time and in full
Coordinate transportation, delivery schedules and loading activities
Work closely with customers, updating them on delivery timelines
Ensure packing and transportation meet company quality control standards
Make sure health and safety guidance is followed by dispatchers
Liaise with suppliers and maintain strong working relationships
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse coordination
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A proactive and hands-on approach
