Bobcare is a growing care agency in the UK. We currently looking for a dedicated IT User Technician to support our company.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for IT issues via phone, email, and in-person.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral device problems.
Escalate complex issues to external IT providers or senior IT staff as required.
Set up and manage user accounts, access permissions, and passwords.
Assist with on boarding/off boarding staff IT requirements.
Perform routine checks, updates, and maintenance of IT systems.
Support installation and configuration of new IT equipment and software.
Monitor system performance and report potential risks.
Maintain IT asset records (laptops, mobile devices, printers).
Perform backups and basic data recovery where necessary.
Provide basic IT training and guidance to end-users.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes and support tickets.
Skills Required
Previous experience in IT support or a related role.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, basic networking, and endpoint devices.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Certifications Required
CCNA, M365
Academic Qualification
Must be a Graduate in Computer science or IT
