Student Receptionist
Permanent, 4 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, SCP Point 6 (£25,183.00 per annum), pro-rota salary is approximately £2,336.48 per annum).
We are seeking a dynamic and highly capable individual to act as the initial point of contact for incoming phone calls, visitors, parents and students with a professional, helpful and friendly approach. This role is to work within our student reception on a Friday from 10:30am to 2:30pm.
The appointed candidate will act as a first point of contact for visitor and student enquiries, answering the telephone and dealing with face-to-face enquiries from students, staff and parents/carers, ensuring safeguarding and security procedures are in place. A main element of this role also includes acting as a first point of contact for First Aid for students. First aid training will be provided upon successful appointment.
