Are you a Psychology graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in education? A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Perry Barr is offering a fantastic opportunity to support students across Key Stage 3 as a Teaching Assistant this September.

This role is ideal for aspiring Educational or Clinical Psychologists, future SEN Teachers, or anyone passionate about working with young people and learning more about additional needs in a school setting.

The Role:
-
Supporting students with higher levels of need across Key Stages 3 and 4 - including those with Autism, social communication differences, ADHD, and SEMH challenges

Providing one-to-one and small group support tailored to students' individual EHCP targets

Assisting with behaviour strategies and delivering targeted interventions that build confidence, resilience, and engagement

Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, pastoral staff, and external professionals to support academic and emotional development

About You:

A recent Psychology graduate (or related subject such as Education or Youth Work)
