AK Teaching is currently recruiting Unqualified Teaching Assistants to support a SEND provision in Alnwick. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a variety of school settings, supporting children across different age groups and abilities.
Please note: School-based experience is essential for this role. Applicants without this experience will not be considered.
However, we do have other roles available for those with no prior school based experiecne.
About the Role
As an Unqualified Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential classroom support to teachers and pupils throughout the school day. Your duties may include:

Assisting with the delivery of lessons and classroom activities

Supporting pupils in small groups or on a one-to-one basis

Helping to manage classroom behaviour in line with school expectations

Working flexibly across Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 as needed

Person Specification
We are looking for individuals who:
