We are looking for a Sports Facility Assistant to work as part of a team to assist the Sports Development Manager with the daily running of our All Weather Pitch, Skate Park, changing rooms and Pavilion.

You will work with us to ensure Saltmill is presented to the highest standards of cleanliness and health and safety and that our equipment and site are maintained and prepared to ensure a high quality experience for all users.

To take on this rewarding role you will be a pro-active team player, able to take the initiative, communicate with customers, the public and co-workers in a positive manner along with the ability to work evenings and weekends.

This role will suit a degree student, or recent graduate looking for experience.

We specifically require committed local people looking for work at weekends, regular Sundays and some evenings, during the Saltmill football season (1st October – 31st March) it is expected that your weekly total working hours will range from 6-16. Outside the Saltmill football season it is expected that your weekly total hours will range from 0 – 4. Hours will be worked on a rota between Monday – Sunday during the hours of 8am- 10pm.
