Summary
Team Leader – Motor Claims | Bolton
Salary: £31,500 – £36,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM | 35 hours/week
Location: Bolton (Office-based with flexible working options)
Are you a skilled motor claims professional ready to step into leadership? We’re looking for a Team Leader to manage and support a high-performing recovery claims team handling non-fault motor claims from start to settlement.
What You’ll Do:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of recovery claims handlers
Handle escalations, complaints, and complex claims
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics
Ensure FCA and GDPR compliance
Contribute to recruitment and team development
What You’ll Need:
✔ Strong background in motor recovery claims
✔ Previous team leadership experience
✔ Excellent communication and decision-making skills
✔ CII Certificate (essential)
