Location: Penilee, Shawlands & East Renfewshire
Hours: Full-time 36 hours per week - Various shifts available
Salary:
Dayshift = £12.60
Nightshift = £12.70
Driving Licence: Manual UK licence & own car essential.

What You’ll Do:
Support people 1:1 in their homes and local community
Provide personal and clinical care
Assist with medication, housing needs, appointments, and daily routines
Encourage social participation and independence
Whether it’s helping someone feel confident in their own home or supporting them at a community event, you’ll play a vital role in helping people feel safe, empowered, and connected.
This role can involve lone working, with on-call support available 24 hours a day.
What We’re Looking For
Experience is not essential — we provide a full induction and ongoing training. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, your empathy, and your commitment to helping others.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Emotionally intelligent and calm under pressure
A great listener and communicator
Reliable and self-motivated
Able to build trusting relationships
Comfortable working independently
You’ll Need:
Manual UK Driving Licence
Access to your own car for work is essential
Flexibility to work shift patterns (day, evening, or weekend)
