Post Title: Landscape Manager

Salary: £26,460 per annum

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 4.00pm but the role includes delivery of projects across the UK. This role can include periods of regular overtime and overnight stays which are supported with additional payments and TOIL.

The Green Estate CIC is an award-winning company, recognised by the King’s Enterprise Award for Sustainability Development and the Pro Landscaper Sustainability & Biodiversity Awards. We also host the Pictorial Meadows brand, a collection of wildflower meadow seeds and turf that create long lasting high impact displays that are climate resilient and increase pollinators.

As a customer facing Landscape Manager you will form part of the landscape products and services team and be responsible for the establishment, maintenance, and delivery of high-quality planting including meadows, green roofs and Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SuDS) across the UK and occasionally into Europe. You will provide specialist knowledge and expertise along with excellent customer service to ensure our customers are able to achieve meadows that are right for them.

The successful candidate will have:
• Either a degree level RHS or environmental qualification or be able to evidence significant industry experience.
• A full driving license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
• Experience in landscape maintenance, whether as part of an industry placement or direct employment
• Confidence in good health and safety practice and safe operation of machinery.

They would also be able to demonstrate the following:
• Effective leadership
• Successful project management
• Commercial awareness
• Adaptability
• Excellent written and verbal communication
