Crynodeb
Support the practice education team with the delivery of mandatory, statutory, induction and essential to role training for the maternity service clinical support workforce in line with local and national standards. Assist with assessing clinical skills in practice in line with the scope of practice for the support worker workforce. Assist with training for medical devices and logging competencies in line with scope of practice. Provide administrative support to the team including booking and preparing meeting/teaching space, collating and monitoring education and training records in line with national standards. Actively facilitate colleagues development and pastoral support by working alongside colleagues in the clinical areas. Actively participate in interviews, meetings, events and networks as required.
