We're looking for someone who can: Provide a phlebotomy service. Perform ECGs. Working with the anticoagulation team to offer PoCT. Take blood pressure measurements. Perform urine dip tests. Perform wound dressings including suture/staple removals. Following a plan of care undertake complex wound care e.g. Leg ulcer care Preform doppler tests. Assist doctors with Minor Operations/IUD clinics Provide general support to the practice nurse team. Maintain a team approach to working by attendances at appropriate meetings. Maintain and update skills by attending appropriate training events. Enter all patient activity onto the patients electronic records. Perform diabetic and other health checks. Working Hours - There is a full-time position available or 2 part-time positions. Location - It does advertise the role as being at Priory Medical Centre on Cornlands Road, however you could be at any of our sites across York.
