Summary
Work with the clients in their homes. Assisting clients with every day activities. Assisting clients with, personal care, house hold activities, meal preparation and medication administration.
Along with carrying out all the reviews on clients care packages and service. Carrying out spot checks on carers and taking on shadow shifts. Assisting management staff with auditing.
