Curds, brine and plenty of turning… if you’re after hands-on production work, this role in Tain serves up the full cheeseboard. It’s physical, fast-paced and proudly full of character - much like the famously bold cheese you’ll be helping to craft.
Your day-to-day will involve:
• Filling vats with fresh milk to kickstart production
• Turning, stacking and transferring moulds to racks (some weighing up to 15kg)
• Brining cheeses and prepping them for the next stage
• Keeping production smooth with regular washdowns and product movement

• Monday to Friday schedule, 6am–3pm plus the occasional short Saturday shift
