Encouraging people to connect with friends, family, and the community
Providing personal care (with dignity and respect)
Making each day meaningful — and having fun while you do it!
We have a variety of services across Oswestry from supported living homes to self-contained flats and outreach work. We’ll chat with you to find the best fit.
