About the Role- Planning and delivering creative and effective lessons tailored to individual learning needs
- Managing classroom behaviour confidently and consistently
- Monitoring and assessing student progress to inform teaching strategies
- Collaborating with colleagues to promote best practices and drive positive educational outcomes
- Communicating effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders
- Participating in school activities, events, and staff meetings
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working within UK schools
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Full right to work in the UK
- Ability to provide professional references from recent employers
Desirable:
- Team Teach training
- Proven track record of supporting students with diverse needs
- Experience fostering a supportive, inclusive classroom environment
- Calm, patient, and approachable
- Highly adaptable with a positive attitude
